Responsibilities:
- The Sorter Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly and maintenance of specialized sorting robots, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
Top 3 Responsibilities:
- Assemble and troubleshoot robot systems, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components.
- Manage and account for small quantities of building materials, ensuring proper inventory levels.
- Perform maintenance tasks on robots to address mechanical failures and proactively mitigate future risks.
Mandatory:
- Proven experience in assembly, maintenance, inventory management, and operating equipment.
- Ability to follow diagrams and work instructions accurately.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in general machine assembly and proficiency with common hand tools.
- Competence in data entry for tracking faults and failures.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to identify irregularities in component construction.
Desired:
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical and electrical components.
- Proficiency in computer and controller operations, including the ability to operate an automation dashboard.
- Experience in inventory tracking and management.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree.
