Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Production Assembler who will play a crucial role in the assembly of our products according to detailed work instructions. This is an entry-level opportunity where comprehensive training and support will be provided to ensure the successful assembly of high-quality products.

Work Schedule:

This position follows a 9/80 work schedule, allowing candidates to enjoy every other Friday off. Employees will work 36 hours one week and 44 hours the next.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret and verify work instructions to ensure alignment with assignments.
- Acquire necessary materials from designated storage areas.
- Organize workstations in accordance with provided instructions.
- Assemble components and conduct self-inspections as per guidelines.
- Complete required training promptly to enhance skills.
- Collaborate with fellow manufacturing personnel as needed.
- Assist with various projects as directed by management.
- Perform maintenance and calibration of equipment as specified in work instructions.

Qualifications and Educational Background:

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three months of relevant experience and/or training.
- Proficient in reading and comprehending device/work instructions.
- Ability to follow verbal instructions effectively.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
- Close vision and color vision capabilities, along with depth perception for spatial awareness.
- Ability to thrive in a compliance-driven environment while maintaining service excellence.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling measurements and calculations.
- Competence in executing tasks based on detailed written or oral instructions; basic computer literacy is required.

IPC soldering certification is preferred; soldering skills are essential.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
