Job Summary:
Nucleus Healthcare is building an elite Sales department and is looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team reporting to the CEO.
Nucleus Healthcare is a Human Capital Management Company, partnering with top-tier facilities and organizations to deliver quality candidates looking for meaningful employment. It is mandatory that the qualified candidate have staffing/recruitment operations industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients within the healthcare industry. Identify healthcare facilities, build prospect pipelines, and establish connections with key decision-makers.

Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the executive team to devise and implement business development plans specifically tailored to the healthcare staffing market. Identify target regions, healthcare specialties, and emerging trends.

Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare professionals. Act as the primary point of contact for key healthcare accounts.

Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities. Provide strategic insights to leadership for adapting business strategies to meet evolving market demands.

Proposal Development:
Create persuasive and customized proposals, presentations, and pitches for healthcare clients. Tailor staffing solutions to address the unique requirements of healthcare facilities.

Revenue Generation:
Exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle in the healthcare staffing sector. Negotiate contracts, set competitive pricing, and ensure profitability while delivering exceptional value to clients.

Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including healthcare recruiters, compliance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery. Foster a collaborative culture to enhance overall business success in healthcare staffing.

Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports on business development metrics, key performance indicators specific to healthcare staffing, and market insights. Utilize data to make informed decisions and optimize business development strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
10 plus years’ experience as a Sales/Business Development Manager in healthcare staffing.
In-depth knowledge of healthcare staffing processes, compliance, and industry regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to speak the language of healthcare professionals.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients.
Familiarity with healthcare-related CRM software and other relevant tools.
Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with healthcare clients.
