Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites.Job DescriptionUnder direction of Operator, establishes targets and develops an annual outreach plan to increase engagementTracks and reports on outreach planDevelops and maintains updated distribution listsIn conjunction with the funder and Site Administrator(s), provides the local community with updates Oversees all social media channels including creating, scheduling, and sharing content - utilizing Facebook, LinkedIn and TwitterDevelops outreach materials adhering to branding guidelinesApproves outreach materials according to SOPs and written approval processSupports all partner staffTracks and reports on all outreach activitiesTrains and supports staff on messaging to potential participants seeking center servicesDevelops and distributes a newsletter for staff and employersMaintains knowledge of Career Resource Center processes and provides coverage as neededassists in the coordination of outreach activities to the community both in-person and virtuallyWorks closely with the Operator and team, as well as the partners and funder to help increase awareness of available services in the communityQualificationsHigh School diploma;Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, customer service or recruiting preferredDemonstrated ability to work in a teamKnowledge of business, community, and current economic environmentKnowledge of effective outreach techniques and strategies including social media platformsStrong organizational/administrative skills and demonstrated ability to communicate with people from diverse cultures and customsAbility to plan and organize workflowExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated customer service skillsStrong presentation skills with public speaking experienceFamiliarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resourcesDemonstrated knowledge of labor market trendsFriendly, professional demeanorDemonstrated computer skills with experience using word processing and spreadsheet software programsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
