Frequent customer visits constitute a crucial component, with the objective of cultivating new prospects and maintaining continuous customer satisfaction.

You are an analyst and will be responsible for assessing the current market position through report data, reporting on performance against budget and benchmark objectives, and contributing to the formulation of regional growth plans.

You will be contributing to the sales budget preparation and playing a pivotal role in managing major customers for Bradken Mineral Processing. You will provide management reports, budget forecasts, and survey data as needed by the Area Sales Manager.

You will collaborate and foster relationships with manufacturing teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through product and technical development. You will be advising senior management on anticipated changes in customer needs or market trends.

Overall, you will be involved in customer-centric activities, strategic planning, and internal collaboration to drive growth and success in the region, aligning with the broader objectives of Bradken.

Key Technical Criteria:

Technical trade background or tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering is desirable with additional emphasis on sales management and marketing. Professional experience in Customer Management is desirable.
