Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Serve as contact person for questions from candidates Manage new/existing client relationships by communicating with Accounting Managers, Controllers, Directors, Vice Presidents of Accounting/Finance, CFO's and HR professionals Meet weekly goals related to calls, emails and in-person visits

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of Business Development and Recruiting. Accounting & Finance preferred Ability to work well both on a team and also as an independent contributor Strong sense of urgency and at ease working in a fast-paced environment.
