We are looking for a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. This in-office role involves performing a variety of clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing letters and labels, sorting checks, tearing down loss runs, stuffing envelopes, data entry, copying, and filing. You will work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm, ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, projecting a professional image and voice at all times. You should be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and have experience managing a multi-line phone system with voicemail applications. Strong organizational abilities, flexibility, and initiative are essential, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

As a Receptionist, you will be a key team member in our fast-paced, dynamic environment. You must be able to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively, demonstrating reliability and consistent attendance within client service hours. Your ability to respond to both internal and external client needs with clear and effective communication is crucial.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer calls and take messages.
  • Clerical duties, as requested - proofread documents, prepare letters and labels, sort checks, tear down loss runs, stuff envelopes, data entry, copying, and filing.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Computer Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
