**Bilingual Wireless Customer Service Representative** **Job Description** DISH, an EchoStar company, is seeking a Bilingual Wireless Customer Service Representative to join our team in El Paso. As a key member of our Customer Experience Team, you will be the voice of the company to our customers, resolving issues, preventing problems, and promoting our services. **About the Role** As a Bilingual Wireless Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service, activation and technical support, and maintaining strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans. You will establish long-term customer relationships, provide product suggestions, and sell our products and services to customers. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues • Activate and provide technical support for wireless products and services • Maintain strong knowledge of wireless products, accessories, and pricing plans • Provide product suggestions and sell our products and services to customers • Accurately respond to customers' questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation • Identify opportunities and provide feedback to improve customer service, performance, and efficiency **Requirements** • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience • Bilingual in Spanish and English • Awesome attitude with a customer-first mindset • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment • Related customer service experience and/or training is a plus • Experience in the wireless industry is a plus **What We Offer** • Starting pay at $15.50/hour + $0.50 language differential • Opportunity for career growth and advancement • Company-provided equipment • Extensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation and sick time, 401(k) investments, and tuition reimbursement • Heavily discounted DISH, Sling, and Boost Mobile service **Compensation** • $15.50/Hour • Benefits package includes flexible spending accounts, HSA, 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and flexible time away plan **Company Culture** DISH is committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace where every individual has the opportunity to succeed.
