Operations role on the Partnerships team with responsibility to support portfolio level efforts related to Sales Orders, Forecasting, Planning, System integration, Metrics, and Reporting.
About the Role - You will:
- Sales Plan - Lead Partnerships team on forecast and Actuals for Revenue, Margin, customer demand. This includes Order tracking, KPI reporting, data management.
- System Integration - Champion improvement in connecting databases to ease upload, reporting, tracking, and management of customer data to relevant teams
- Operations interface - Representative of Partnerships team to Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams related to SIOP, Oracle, and ERP processes
- Order Management - Responsible for boots on the ground support for order fulfillment tracking, issue resolution, visibility/conduit to operations team at production facility.
- Ability to collaborate, communicate, and persuade internal and external stakeholders
- Strong leadership ability to represent team's interests and positions in large stakeholder meetings
- Ability to self start and proactively assign work to achieve team objectives in 100+ person organizations
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and jungle multiple simultaneous workstreams on a daily basis
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience working with Sales, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Operations teams. Preferably at an automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier
- Experience leading IT, system, or SIOP related projects
- Experience working with Oracle, ERP, or other demand planning systems
Location: Greer, SC (Hybrid)
