Job Title: General Control Clerk I (HHS)

Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services has an opportunity for a Clerk I in Washington, DC.The schedule is 10:30am - 6:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive tenant service requests via phone, email, and in person.
  • Create/complete service requests and preventative maintenance tickets in Maximo.
  • Dispatch tasks to Field Technicians.
  • Print monthly PMs as needed and provide to the Chief Engineer.
  • Filing, receptionist and updating site information.
  • Meticulous attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Regularly run and review Open Service Orders and Open PMs reports to ensure timely completion.
  • Work with Microsoft Office Suite to produce professional, accurate documents as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of office experience
  • Strong skills with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Visio and especially Excel)
  • Excellent calendar management skills including experience with Outlook
  • Experience with use of office equipment and arranging travel and meetings
  • Must have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must exhibit a professional demeanor
  • Ability to use good judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle concurrent, multiple job tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
