Assistant Sales Manager This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Bunker Hill, IN. The assistant sales manager provides assistance to the sales manager to help meet sales targets, as well as ensure efficient sales activities. As the assistant sales manager, you will represent NexPlus Indiana Corporation as the sales/procurement expert as we prepare for the initial product launch. Span of responsibilities includes addressing issues relating to pricing, customer complaints, delivery of finished products, as well as the monitoring of inventory to ensure timely supply of ordered products. As part of the sales team, you will be charged with the responsibility of ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workplace. Primary Responsibilities: Maintain accurate production projections and sales goals as we prepare for the initial product launch Ensure contact is maintained with customers to create a good working relationship that fosters sales as well as increases customer base Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of finished products, and resolution of customer complaints Be fully versed and explain NexPlus Indiana Corporation products to potential customers to influence future sales Coordinate shipping schedules and track the delivery of finished products Oversee the stocking and inventory of raw materials to ensure timely supply of order Maintain all housekeeping in assigned work area creating a clean, orderly, and safe environment Follow all safety and regulatory compliance procedures Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the procurement process Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Business or equivalent 5 years of sales experience Passion for delivering outstanding customer service Advanced skills with common software programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to effectively interact with Korean-speaking customers Collaborate with freight forwarders to arrange efficient shipping processes and resolve any logistical issues Effective critical thinking and management of production inventory The ability to prioritize tasks, drive process improvements, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Follow all applicable housekeeping and safety procedures Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as automotive, medical device, machining, with medium to small-size product 7 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, buying, sales, or procurement in a high-tech environment Proven success in achieving KPI’s Excellent interpersonal skills and communication in both Korean and English, the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts Formal sales experience and project leadership experience is an asset Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a Plus Benefits Competitive compensation Company-wide Holidays 10 vacation days, annually Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 75% company paid premium 401(k) with employer matching Professional growth opportunities Team-building activities NexPlus offers a competitive benefits package for all eligible team members to support your life’s journey. #J-18808-Ljbffr
