Primary point of contact for escalations and rush requests; Ability to prioritize requests based on volume and capacity constraints. Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risk related issues. Applies in-depth process and product knowledge, contributing to the process efficiencies and workflow for the team, business partners or function. Applies judgment, and analytical thinking to make recommendations to Supervisor and Manager to support various process improvements. Ability to lead and provide guidance to a team; Involved in coaching and training of new hires, compliance and team refresher training. Resolves most loan related problems independently and works with minimal supervision. Facilitates team huddles, prepares reports, including daily metrics for management and presents with trends and recommendations. Participates in, and supports the implementation of, projects as assigned, applies project management skills to support initiatives. Demonstrates an understanding of complex commercial loan documentation and booking processes to identify procedural and training gaps; identify errors and provide solutions to streamline processes. Timely management, escalation, resolution and communication of all requests, inquiries, issues, errors related to loan documentation and loan booking. Applies a solid understanding of upstream and downstream impacts and team integration in accomplishing operational objectives. Position Title:

Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for assisting the branches by analyzing, evaluating, documenting and closing loan requests generated through the branches.

The incumbent performs various duties to meet the needs of customers and achieve customer service goals as established in the loan operations annual operating plan.

The incumbent complies with established operating policies and procedures, communicates with appropriate personnel, responds to inquiries or requests for information, maintains appropriate records and provides assigned reports. The incumbent is the subject matter expert.

Primary Responsibilities: Serves as the subject matter expert for the assigned team.

Responsible for assigning daily functions of Loan Representatives and facilitating daily work flow to ensure deadlines are met.

Provides support to co-workers in all areas relating to questions and processing issues.

Provides support to management. Supports branch managers and commercial lending teams by assisting them to analyze, evaluate, document and close their loan requests.

Discusses loan inquiries, loan documentation and processing issues providing direction and solutions to issues. Provides service to customers of the bank with respect to loan products and services.

Provides help to customers with specific inquiries or service problems. Prepares and maintains accurate records of production volumes.

Provides reports to management monthly or as requested. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Education: High School or GED

Minimum Years Experience: 7
