Which includes a well-established recruitment and sales leadership team. You will report directly to the VP of Sales. You job duties require you to procure new direct clients, build existing relationships, generate MSPs from major suppliers and work closely with the support team to fine tune the process of recruitment. In doing so you are responsible to present top-tier candidates to the clients. The role will require critical thinking capabilities thereby providing existing and new clients with comprehensive business solutions for their short-term and long term goals.As BDM/Account Manager you will represent Simplified IT Solutions. as a face of the company therefore you are expected to fulfill client needs to the best of your ability and as well as attend weekly video conferences with the support staff and leadership team.Existing Relationships:Coming on board with existing business relationships is critical for this positionYou are required be bring onboard at least 2-4 established direct clients thereby generating consistent pool of requirementsUsing the existing portals you will be monitoring closely with all the submissions while giving constant feedback to the leadership & recruiting teamWork closely with recruitment team and leadership team to ensure quality of candidates being presented in timely fashionWork closely with the clients to generate multiple closures/monthAcquire New Clients:Create a list of leads generated, build a pipeline of new clientsSchedule virtual and in-person meets with prospective clients and work closely with their leadershipBuild strong relationships using various channels, meets, networking strategies at the "C" level managers which can lead us to business opportunities.QualificationsPrior experience working in IT Staffing (agency recruiting)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
