Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose
The Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. Should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards and employee referrals.
Functions
- Partner closely with business leaders, developing tailored sourcing strategies to deliver a diversely represented pipeline of active talent.
- Influence and champion hiring best practices throughout candidate assessments while championing candidate experience.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Perform reference checks as needed.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiate employment terms.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
- Acts as a Mentor for other members of the recruiting team.
- Achieves monthly hiring goals.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job RequirementsQualifications
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field, plus three to five years experience as Recruiter required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
REQUIRED
- 5-10 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Strong knowledge utilizing job boards, social media, and college sites for recruitment
- Pre-screening skills
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
