Position Responsibilities

We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to become part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition Team As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will have the opportunity to be in a learning environment that continually fosters growth. Our team is driven to make an impact in the world by attracting, hiring and retaining the best professionals in healthcare. Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Full Cycle A-Z recruitment
  • Develops recruitment strategies to identify, evaluate, hire and retain top healthcare professionals.
  • Researches market trends and adapts sourcing methods as needed.
  • Proposes and implements a variety of activities to increase the impact of the recruiting efforts.
  • Has a creative and diverse approach to recruiting challenges.
  • Evaluates qualifications of applicants, and refers top applicants to hiring managers.
  • Partners with hiring leaders to understand current needs and develop and effective recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Builds and maintains solid relations with new hires, providing support through the recruitment process and the transition throughout the probationary period and beyond.
  • Offers guidance and facilitates the offer negotiation process through to its completion.
Qualifications:
  • Previous hospital or nursing recruitment experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Experience with Taleo and high volume recruiting preferred
