WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provides customer service support and issues resolution to the Retail Managers concerning merchandise/product, order shipments, customer orders, and billing information. Serves as a liaison between Field Management and the Distribution Center.Receives, documents, and logs all calls from store management concerning guests requests, and merchandise, order, delivery, or billing issues. Keys orders and/or corrections into Retek, and coordinates most efficient and cost effective method of shipment. Contacts appropriate personnel concerning product issues and information system issues. May assist in preparing UPS shipments and/or picking merchandise for special orders (i.e., menus, guest checks). Documents and coordinates special order shipments with shipping, logistics, and administration. Prepares and distributes, through email, Distribution Center messages/information to all stores.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Experience and Education

High School diploma and 1-2 years customer service experience.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong oral communication skills.

Proficient computer skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills. Basic math skills.

Knowledge of workplace safety practices.

Ability to lift 50 pounds and knowledge of proper body mechanics
