Account Executive | Non-Qm
Career Consulting Partners has partnered with the most experienced Non-QM wholesale lender in the industry. With over 20 years of consistent experience in the Non-QM space, we have remained dedicated to improving the community and the financial situations of our customers. Due to our ongoing growth and success, we are looking for dynamic account executives to join our office in Newport Beach, California This is a
hybrid position
out of our Newport Beach office in California.
At our company, we offer loans to residential customers to help them reach their financial objectives. The loans we provide contribute to the economic development of the community by enabling home ownership, creating job opportunities, and improving the financial standing of our borrowers. Our loan portfolio is diverse and includes Bank Statement Loans, Interest Only Jumbo Products, No Income Verification-Investment, ITIN, Purchase Money, Foreign National, 2nd Chance lending, financing for investors to Buy & Sell, consumer home purchases, and more
Responsibilities include:
Strong sales skills and knowledge of the mortgage lending business.
Educate mortgage brokers with loan products, pricing, and point of contact, and be the one who communicates with
prospective/existing
brokers
Speak and correspond with accounts on a daily to ensure their utmost satisfaction
Train mortgage brokers on loan submission and loan processes
Sets expectations for brokers on understanding the loan process including submission, processing, underwriting, closing, and funding
Assists in resolving broker questions or concerns without overpromising expectations
Communicate and work with Account Managers as necessary to ensure desired production results
Continue and participate with training brokers and stay in connection with company processes and guidelines
Qualifications
Minimum of 1+ years' experience in wholesale mortgage lending sales experience preferred
Ability to conduct and attend web meetings and conference calls including presentations
Basic knowledge of Non-QM; Bridge, DSCR-Business Purpose, Fix/Flip, Jumbo
Strong level of proficiency in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel & PowerPoint programs
Proficient with Encompass/LON
Additional Info:
Compensation: Base Salary + earned commission of 30 - 50 BPS from dollar one
Commission payout twice a month depending on funding of the loan
Simple onboarding for brokers (No hoops)
ZERO territory restrictions
Average loans are north of 500 Million, ITN and P&L are north of 3 million
LoanNex, Licensed in over 30 States,
Operations support on both coasts (your team is working when you are working)
