**Responsibilities**

+ Gather project requirements and create actionable plans.

+ Enter projects into department project system and create timeline for projects.

+ Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, identify dependencies and critical paths, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

+ Schedule, facilitate and actively participate in project meetings.

+ Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget.

+ Refine and update project goals such as detailed project schedule, project deliverables and project budget.

+ Monitor progress to these goals, coordinating to achieve goals, reporting progress to these goals, and deviation from the project goals to management and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.

+ Prepare files in formats required for printed and electronic output.

+ Create and maintain indexes for all new product material and complete all filing and project closeout procedures.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Less than 2 years' related experience

+ High school diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications**

Associate degree in Communications or Business. Office management experience with exceptional skills with Microsoft Office programs. Good written and verbal communications skills. Exposure to desktop publishing programs and Microsoft Project. Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines. Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a member of a cross functional team.
