This is a full time position, 40 hours per week with rotating holidays.

Do you have a passion for customer service and happen to love animals? If you have experience as a receptionist or in customer service, you may be interested in our position with MSPCA-Angell West in Waltham, MA as a Client Care Specialist .

Our Client Care Specialist plays an integral role in managing the flow of information between our veterinary staff and clients.Duties include (but are not limited to) greeting and registering clients, handling check-ins/check-outs, receiving emergencies, processing patient admissions and discharges, checking out over the counter sales, managing incoming calls, handling referral paperwork and medical records, discussing financial requirements with clients, and driving a shuttle to our Boston location.

We are looking for compassionate, positive, self-motivated and organized applicants who demonstrate excellent judgment, interpersonal skills and the willingness to work with our clients in a customer focused manner. The Client Care Specialist maintains high visibility throughout their work shift and must show a willingness and the ability to provide excellent service to our clients and patients with integrity and thoughtfulness.As this position requires excellent attention to detail, as well as verbal and written communication skills, we require applicants to include a cover letter with your application showcasing your writing skills.
