CNC Operator and CNC Setter

Please submit resume to tagsalina@the-arnold-group.com to apply. Pay Rate/Range: $18-$35 /hr Description: CNC Operator - Load and unload machines to produce parts. Deburr parts after the CNC process has been completed. Assist with set ups, change/insert drills to maintain the efficiency of part production, adjust offsets through run to maintain critical element of the CNC process. CNC Setter - Set up machines and run first part to initiate part production from raw material. Do first part inspection and make necessary adjustments. Capture and report any problems, communicate updates and concerns. Pre-build tooling for upcoming jobs. Assist and lead SMED/Lean activities. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 year machining experience required. Must have strong communication and problem solving skills and a strong mathematical background. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and read blueprints.
