About the Role:

CNC Operator and CNC Setter are key positions in our manufacturing team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading machines to produce parts, deburring parts after the CNC process, and assisting with set-ups and changeovers to maintain efficiency. As a CNC Setter, you will set up machines, run first parts, and perform inspections to ensure quality. You will also capture and report any problems, communicate updates, and lead SMED/Lean activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload machines to produce parts
  • Deburr parts after the CNC process
  • Assist with set-ups and changeovers to maintain efficiency
  • Set up machines and run first parts
  • Perform inspections to ensure quality
  • Capture and report any problems
  • Communicate updates and concerns
  • Lead SMED/Lean activities

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of machining experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong mathematical background
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and read blueprints

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm
