CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator and CNC Setter to join our team at The Arnold Group. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading machines to produce parts, deburring parts after the CNC process, and assisting with set ups and change/insert drills to maintain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Load and unload machines to produce parts.
- Deburr parts after the CNC process has been completed.
- Assist with set ups and change/insert drills to maintain efficiency.
- Adjust offsets through run to maintain critical elements of the CNC process.
As a CNC Setter, you will be responsible for setting up machines and running the first part to initiate part production from raw material, doing first part inspection and making necessary adjustments, capturing and reporting any problems, and communicating updates and concerns.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of machining experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong mathematical background.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and read blueprints.
