The Client Services Representative is our Case Manager Assistant, assigned to our Sales Department. They will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to clients in their journey with our Company. This role entails working with provided and self-generated leads to identify potential clients who may qualify for our services. The representative will gather all necessary documentation and assess leads according to our established workflow and guidelines. Daily tasks will include email management, scheduling client appointments, making solicitation calls, retrieving missing documents, reviewing client medical records, developing client strategies, offering guidance during the pre-C&P evaluation, facilitating the claim filing process, and collecting payments on behalf of the Company. Additionally, the representative will support the accounting team with collections, as needed. Locations:

Full-time (40 hours per week). May require additional hours, evenings, and/or weekend work. Compensation:

$17 per hour Responsibilities:

Contact all leads provided by the Company. Collect Client Service Agreements and Deposits (CSA & URD). Provide generalized guidance to clients throughout their engagement. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update lead profiles in the Company’s CRM. Follow up on all client and lead communications promptly. Assist in the collection of client payments on behalf of the Company, collaborating with the accounting team. Actively seek potential clients and ask for referrals. Offer generalized guidance for pre-C&P examinations. Provide pre- and post-filing guidance to clients. Collaborate with the accounting team to support collections efforts. Perform other duties as assigned by the Company. Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles. Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects, perform well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and creative problem-solving skills. Experience or familiarity with accounting and collections processes. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in managing client data within a CRM. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales and accounting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Minimal Experience Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles is a plus. Attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
