We are focused on the eye care market and managing hygiene of the eyelids and lashes. Our product, Avenova is the only lid & lash solution that brings eyes back to life by setting the highest standards of purity and efficacy. This is done by replicating the anti-microbial chemicals used by white blood cells to fight infection. Avenova removes debris from the skin on eyelids and lashes without burning or stinging and is safe for anyone to use.

ABOUT THE ROLE: The Pharmaceutical Business Development Team is instrumental in driving the company’s growth through new business and customer care. As a Business Dev - Pharmaceutical Inside Sales Representative, you will become an expert in the benefits of Avenova and become the first point of contact between Avenova and its prospective customers. You will be expected to effectively manage a high volume of messages and phone calls, as well as nurture and qualify these those business prospects. Through this, you will generate demand, interest, and excitement for Avenova while creating a quality sales pipeline while bringing the #1 lid and lash cleanser to doctors and patients throughout the United States.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Use fundamental sales and business development skills to pursue accounts and generate pipeline Craft and conduct targeted, thoughtful outreach to prospects Use online resources and prospect lists to actively look for opportunities to contribute to the team Qualify and move leads smoothly and effectively into the sales pipeline Consistent follow-up with potential customers Detail all correspondence, calls, interaction with prospects in Salesforce Meet or succeed quarterly sales metrics Manage out bound sales calls and inbound calls received from the queue (including product inquiries, availability, and order processing) from new and existing customers. Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to read, write and understand documentation in English. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others. Leverage selling skills, product, and technical knowledge to drive results with customers. Adapt to and work well in an environment that has change. Ability to articulate complex information clearly. Provide excellent customers service with both internal and external customers Liaison between the customer, sales team, accounting, warehouse, quality assurance and various other internal partners.

BENEFITS:

Base salary range of $65K - 75K plus commission, generous medical/dental benefits, 401K plan, on-site gym, paid parking or commuter stipend, stock options plan (if eligible).
