Truck Country, a Freightliner dealership with 25 locations across the Midwest, has an opening for an Administrative Support Person in the Parts Department, at our Oak Creek location. This candidate must have knowledge of office procedures, filing, record keeping, organization, Word/Excel, and the ability to relate in a positive and professional manner. Customer Service skills are essential in this position. Must be able to multi-task and be able to work with minimum supervision.
The ideal candidate will have the following essential skills:
Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database.
Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies with manufacturing and inspection personnel.
Record and monitor all items with shelf-life daily and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired.
Prepare monthly reports for cycle count and pick-lists count for monthly highlights.
Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventory.
May also assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
Responsible for matching P.O.s, shipping docs, and invoices to ensure accuracy before payment.
Maintains parts related account schedules.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
