Customer Service Representative
This Charlotte based automotive company has been manufacturing custom convertible pieces for over 50 years. They are highly regarded in their industry for impeccable quality and craftsmanship. All products are made in the USA, and with incredible warranties on their product, this business has built strong trust with their customers. This person would be responsible for answering high volume inbound calls and emails regarding pricing, product information, lead time, and taking/placing orders.

Opportunity: Contract-Hire
Compensation: $23-$24/hour
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5p

Responsibilities:
  • Receive customer calls and take orders, while educating the customer on products.
  • Receive high volume of emails, orders, and requests, corresponding in a timely manner.
  • Build relationships with customers, as most are reoccurring.
  • Research parts/products and enter orders into QuickBooks.
  • Able to learn customer's proprietary software.
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer requests on product and pricing information, as well as sending customer samples when requested.
  • Assist customers at will-call counter in a professional manner.
  • Data entry; orders and reports.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office products required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Exposure to QuickBooks a plus.
  • Knowledge of Makes and Models of cars a plus.
