Prioritize room cleaning and updates status of departing guest rooms. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.. -Assist Housekeeping management with daily administrative activities such as making sure payroll cards are complete and responding to any issues/questions from housekeeping staff. Record, monitor, and update list of 'Do Not Disturb' rooms. -Complete required Housekeeping paperwork. -Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. (i.e. rooms in need of maintenance, HOTSOS, Front Office on room urgency, VIP, special requests, etc.) We're Excited About YOU Because... -You have basic knowledge of housekeeping, luxury hotel service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. -You havetheability to perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. -You are able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team. -You are willing and able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Work schedules will include working on holidays, weekends , and alternate shifts. The expectedhourly rate for this position is $21.00.
