Our client is a leading global consultancy currently looking to hire a Senior Compensation Analyst / Manager to their Reward team. Reporting to the Head of Compensation you will lead on a variety of Compensation activities and projects globally.

You will be responsible for coordinating annual surveys, administering compensation programs, supporting program analysis and design, budgeting and implementation. You will be a face for Compensation to the organization, answering enquiries and leading on firmwide communications. You will deliver robust reporting and analysis and provide a perspective on programs and initiatives. You'll interface with other corporate function including finance and HR as well as external vendors.

This is a great opportunity to join a very stable and successful firm and leverage your Compensation expertise under the guidance of a Compensation leader to take on global work.

Experience in a global environment and with Workday is advantageous but not required. Strong analytical and communication skills are a must. We would consider Compensation or Finance analysts passionate about Reward.
