Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Kent, WA

Pay Range: 65-70k

What we EXPECT from you:
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via freight and small parcel carriers.
  • Conduct supply chain onboarding of all new customers and new items.
  • Maintain relationships and inform negotiations with a global supply chain.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve purchasing strategies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks including scanning paperwork and organizing regulatory files.
What We REQUIRE
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, if statements, pivot tables).
  • 2-5 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Self-motivation to work for a growing company.
  • A commitment to "good vibes" in a fast-paced and high-stakes environment.
  • A passion for coffee and its unique culture.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in private label manufacturing
  • Experience in data analysis, planning, forecasting, or purchasing
  • Experience using MS Suite
  • Experience using MRP/ERP systems or other related software
