As the full-time entry-level Business Account Manager, you will work closely alongside a Senior Manager to grasp client management procedures, implementation of customer service and sales techniques, and compliance standards. The objective of the full-time Entry Level Business Account Manager will be to increase the exposure for one of our accounts by providing exemplary customer service and sales support and leveraging innovative community outreach strategies.Role Responsibilities of the Full-Time Entry Level Business Account Manager:Build a well-rounded skill set by working with current account managers shadowing client meetings and conference calls, filling out daily and weekly performanceevaluations, and assist in new employee onboarding sessionsAssist in the daily growth and development of the specified campaignsAfter completing the entry-level training, you will take part in training high-performing customer service and sales professionalsManage the day-to-day performance of the team members and deliver reviews to the Regional DirectorThink critically regarding all aspects related to client management and team development in order to develop performance improvement plans and streamline training proceduresWork cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and ensure the integrity of the customer experience remains intactEmbody company culture and maintain high team engagementFull-Time Entry Level Business Account Manager Preferred Qualifications:1-2 years in business, customer service, management, or hospitality-type role is preferred though this is an entry-level position and full training is providedExperience in a client or consumer-facing roleHigh-level communication skills - must be able to understand and effectively present ideas, solutions, and issuesPossess a roll your sleeves up type mentality and execute deliverables within the teamProven history of initiative, self-motivation, and creativityAbility to work and manage relationships across multiple teams and departments, particularly sales, customer success, and HRExpertise with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite#J-18808-Ljbffr
