About this opportunity
As the
Operations Specialist - Promotions , you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our promotional initiatives by supporting and executing on the promotional programs set by the North America Professional Marketing team and Sales Team to meet the changing needs of Orthodontists and Dentists. Delivering seamless execution of promotional approvals and process, you will own channel-specific promotions approvals. Responsibilities entail inbox management, communication to doctors and sales reps, approval through Salesforce.com of open tickets related to promotions, and general communications related to promotions.
Your responsibilities will extend to supporting field sales questions and doctor inquiries, where you will respond to operational challenges and customer questions. As a key contributor, you will implement robust tracking mechanisms and analysis regarding the promotions, including reporting on number of submissions, reporting on sales impact, and collating common questions and FAQs related to promotions.
In this role, you will…
Manage promotions approvals, logistics, and administrative operational tasks related to promotions
Provide operational support for diverse promotional activities such as Salesforce.com ticket approvals or manual promotion approvals
Own and manage promotional inboxes and manage Sales and doctor communication related to promotional or customer service inquiries related to promotions
Partner with local channel marketing and sales to ensure proper SOPs and marketing material for promotions are available
Own analytics related to promotion operations including creating and tracking KPIs and measuring ROI of promotions (partner with finance and analytics)
Effectively communicate timelines and manage deliverables related to time-sensitive promotions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations, analytics, and channel marketing
Amplify messaging to support strategic business goals related to promotions
Develop compelling copy for marketing assets and collateral.
Collate key performance data from various sources to develop a holistic view of promotion performance and ROI, mapping them to strategic business goals.
Undertake other duties assigned to contribute to the team and organization's overall success.
In this role, you’ll need …
Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience
4+ years of customer service, operations, customer marketing or related experience. Dental or medical device experience preferred
Strong digital experience, with proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and BI
CRM experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse customer audiences
Strong capabilities to interface and collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing tasks/projects
Strong analytical skills and thrives in a detail-oriented environment
Effective communication skills (written, oral, & presentation)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
