- Loading and unloading materials into assembly machinery as required.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Monitoring the performance of equipment and process parameters to ensure optimal operation.
- Accurately recording process data and inspection results for quality assurance.
- Troubleshooting assembly-related issues and implementing effective corrective measures.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to enhance assembly processes.
- Assisting the Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Management Representative in upholding compliance with quality management systems.
Qualifications:
1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly in assembly, packaging, and inspection processes is essential.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions are crucial.
4. Basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and equipment operation.
5. Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds is required.
6. An associate's degree in a technical field is preferred but not mandatory.
7. Experience with calibration and maintenance of assembly equipment is advantageous.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
9. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
