Job Summary: The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with client IT strategy. They will collaborate with IT teams to ensure the platform meets business needs and performance standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow architect or similar role, particularly in Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)

Excellent understanding of IT service management and business processes.

Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Skills and Experience:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.

Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.)

Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services

Excellent knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL and other such technologies.

Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and methodologies.

CTA/CMA certified.
