As a Customer Service Representative you will provide product and technical support and resolution for all DuPont products. Ensures good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and according to applicable consumer laws.

Your key responsibilities will be/what you'll do:

  • Provide phone, email, social media and website inquiry management
  • Issue Handling - Media Events, Divested Businesses
  • Manage Privacy Notification Requests
  • Route Medical Incidents
  • Handle SDS (Safety data sheets) Requests
  • Handle Sample Requests
  • Document customer inquiries in Salesforce.com application for business purposes and to count towards monthly metrics.
  • Maintain daily contact with product stewards, technical service, REACH leader, and (global) DuPont employees in support of resolving customer requests.
  • Attend all compulsory training. Responsible for identifying and taking action on self-development training.
Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (required)
  • Previous Contact Center experience a plus
  • Ability to work towards deadlines, multi-task, and prioritize projects.
  • High level of accuracy and detail oriented
  • Strong listening, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel®, Word® and PowerPoint®
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; Salesforce.com a plus
  • Familiarity and interest in the building and construction industry
  • Cultural awareness and ability to work with a diverse group of people.
  • Fluent in the English language, Spanish a plus
