KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and engage with guests to understand their beverage preferences, providing tailored recommendations and processing drink orders efficiently.
  • Exhibit genuine hospitality in every interaction, ensuring guests feel valued and appreciated during their visit.
  • Comply with all relevant liquor laws and regulations, ensuring responsible service to all patrons.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and quality throughout service.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings to stay informed about service updates, special guests, and menu highlights.
  • Handle financial transactions accurately, including cash and credit card payments.
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace by cleaning the bar area, tables, and glassware regularly.
  • Accurately input drink orders into the POS system for efficient service.
  • Prepare necessary items such as garnishes, syrups, and glassware prior to and during service.
  • Encourage guests to explore our drink and food offerings through effective upselling techniques.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Display beverages and glassware attractively to enhance the guest experience.
  • Communicate any specific guest needs to the kitchen and bar staff effectively.
  • Perform cleaning duties as required to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Demonstrate consistent productivity and teamwork.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with standard drink recipes and preparation techniques.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in bartending within a restaurant setting.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service roles.
