Ability to train new and existing personnel for using any new/improved processes. 12. Provide shop-floor support on process and quality issues. Provide leadership in coordinating resolutions with other internal functions (Quality, SCM, Engineering, Sales etc.) 13. Assist with planning of current and future capital budgets.
