We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our industrialization team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of manufacturing processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective production.
  • Lead a team of manufacturing engineers to design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, process engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and implementing process improvements.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
