**ROLE**

Prepare specialty coffees and other beverages for guests in Wiki Wiki and Village Caf. Serve food such as baked goods, sandwiches, and ice cream to order. Receive and process customer payments in Wiki Wiki and Village Caf.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Follow recipes when preparing food and beverage items

* Exhibit an approachable and friendly attitude at all times

* Practice suggestive selling techniques

* Communicate proper knowledge of all menu and retail items to guests

* Communicate in a professional manner with guests and co-workers

* Demonstrate proper methods and techniques of cleaning facility and equipment

* Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all store and storage areas

* Maintain appropriate stock of all food, beverage and retail items

* Utilize proper methods and practices of food preparation and service

* Complete shift checkout sheet in an accurate, neat, and timely manner

* Check in all received orders and unpack accordingly

* Ensure all food products are rotated on a FIFO basis

* Follow all state and federal policies regarding the sale of alcohol and tobacco products

* Enforce all company standards, policies and guidelines

* Complete all other store tasks and activities as assigned in a prompt, cooperative and accurate manner

**REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**

* At least 21 years of age

* Required Clark County Health Card

* A gracious, friendly, patient and helpful attitude towards guests

* Flexible schedule with full availability on nights and weekends
