Job Summary

We're seeking a friendly and service-oriented Cashier Extraordinaire to join our team at Mothership Coffee. As a key member of our cafe team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing orders efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system and drive-thru operations.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy cafe environment, including wiping down tables, cleaning counters, and ensuring a pristine atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations, assist in any way necessary, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow, mastering new skills and evolving into a skilled barista.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly.
  • Good memory to manage multiple orders simultaneously and recall faces, names, and preferences of regular customers.
  • Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
  • Must be able to perform basic math.
