Our client, Virginia's largest institution of higher education, is looking to add an Enterprise Technology Training Coordinator. The Enterprise Technology Training Coordinator is a full time, 2-year contract position offering a full benefit package (to include health, dental, 401K). The Educational Technology Specialist to contribute to the development, expansion and maintenance of a comprehensive technology training and development program for faculty and staff.

**This position is on-site 4 days/week, some additional telework may be considered at a future date**

Responsibilities:
  • Provide educational technology training and support to faculty and staff.
  • Conduct webinars and provide 1:1 user support on various educational technology tools and integrations.
  • Conduct enterprise-wide training/needs assessment and recommend program changes, updates, and/or improvements.
  • Creates user-friendly instructional materials and resources in various formats including resource preferably in a higher education environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Technology or closely related degree
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with educational technology tools, productivity tools
  • Experience using and supporting video and web conferencing tools such as Zoom and Microsoft
  • Prior experience in creating resource guides and documentation.
  • Prior experience in developing and delivering online training workshops and video tutorials.
  • Strong technology skills including expertise using Microsoft 365, Google, Zoom and other Teams
  • Must be able to work effectively with all levels of faculty and staff.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Superior customer-service skills; must enjoy helping faculty and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual trainings.
