Join us, and you could be one of them.About the Role:The Health & Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring appropriate support to different functions including Industrial, Supply Chain, and Retail Stores for Fannie May in order to apply and control general policies regarding improvement of safety and health of the personnel at the working place. Must ensure the proper interpretation of safety standards at work and verify implementation.Main Responsibilities:Responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of Health and Safety programs and processesDevelopment of Health and Safety proceduresProviding guidance and technical expertise to the plant and supporting functions, including design, purchasing and installation of machines and equipmentEnsure incident investigations are conducted thoroughly including root cause analysis ( 5 Why, Fishbone, Apollo) and corrective actionsChampion the progress of safety culture, focusing on proactive measures, leading indicators and safety dialoguesMaintain compliance as per local legislation and Ferrero Group requirementsWho we are looking for:Bachelor's Degree required, preferably with a focus on health and safety4-7 years of health and safety experience preferredExperience with OSHA and Workers CompensationProficient in Microsoft OfficeThis role is onsite 5 days a week; there will be 1-2 week of travel per quarter to Fannie May stores or warehousesHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
