The Company is seeking a VP for Enterprise Account Management to lead a senior-level sales force team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and growth of the full client relationship with a set of named clients within the financial services sector. This high-profile role involves working with the Enterprise and Segment Account Managers to drive initiatives that promote growth, retention, and client satisfaction. The VP will be accountable for attaining and exceeding annual sales and revenue targets, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving revenue retention goals. Additionally, the role requires the VP to lead the team in developing and expanding executive relationships, as well as in the recruitment, development, and retention of account management staff. Candidates for the VP position should have a minimum of 10 years' of successful sales experience in the financial services industry, with a preference for those with over 12 years' of management experience. The role demands a deep understanding of the industry and market, the ability to train and educate others, and a focus on delivering results. Key skills include account planning, sales forecasting, and the ability to inspire accountability and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in effectiveness techniques for running enterprise account management programs and will have a proven track record of success in driving specialty sales in accounts. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a focus on growth through innovation and the ability to collaborate with management and sales teams are essential.
