Responsibilities

•Recruit, train, lead, motivate, and collaborate daily with the Administrative & Operations Staff and Virtual Assistants in Lake Mary, FL, US •Oversee, manage, and enhance KPIs and various performance metrics effectively •Drive revenue growth and optimize profit margins in the Lake Mary, FL, US area •Implement streamlined processes to improve scalability and efficiency •Take the lead on introducing new initiatives and overseeing their implementation •Ensure strict adherence to systems, processes, and workflows in Lake Mary, FL, US •Provide support and training to realtors when necessary in Lake Mary, FL, US •Assist with contracts for transaction coordinators or other real estate team members in Lake Mary, FL, US •Supervise administrative assistants and manage daily operations to ensure compliance with procedures in Lake Mary, FL, US •Develop new workflows and enhance systems to maximize effectiveness and efficiency specifically in Lake Mary, FL, US

Qualifications
