Knowledge of the construction industry and concrete services a plus. Previous sales experience a plus. We also offer a 401K with a high matching program.Core ResponsibilitiesMeet or exceed annual assigned sales and gross profit dollar growth objectivesMaintain and service existing accounts including contacts, files, potential sales opportunities from new products or services, and maintain satisfactory Accounts Receivables balance on invoicesContinually seek and research potential new customers in area, make contact, and maintain communication for sales opportunitiesKey Skills and QualificationsOne to two years of sales experience; OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experiencePossess the ability to plan and organize to meet your customers needs. Must be able to adapt as needed in an ever changing environment.You must be able to be creative and take initiative to seek out new customers and maintain current customersGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; order processing systems and contact management systemsReliable transportation a must.
