You will work alongside another Billing Specilaist in the finance team on day-to-day activities which will include billing, rate maintenance, audits, support and customer interaction. Responsibilities * Manage bi-monthly billing. * Maintain and update rates. * Conduct rate audit and rate analysis to ensure billing accuracy. * Research and resolve rate application issues and client questions. * Manage bi-monthly draft/collection process. * Conduct payment recognition and correct cash application, bulk credits when necessary. * Billing and collections support for both clients and application users. * Produce weekly and monthly AR aging. * Monitor and address overdue collections as necessary. * Monthly settlement process, calculation of Blume management fees and revenue/expense data for Asset Owners. * Develop variance analysis of monthly billing and other metrics. * Answer general client and customer questions. * Analyze and process changes in information systems to support accurate and efficient billing process and monthly close. * Analyze financial data to determine meaningful trends. * Participate in team project, as necessary. * Prepare ad-hoc reports as necessary. What we're looking for * Bachelors Degree * 2+ years of experience in billing/collections or account management or entry level accounting and finance * The ability to have attention to the numbers while also possessing the personal skills to communicate and assist client's evolving needs This is a Hybrid role based in our Canton office, coming into the office 2-3 days a week.
