WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A WELLS ROADSIDE FOH CREW MEMBER

In this role as a FOH Crew Member at Wells Roadside, you'll be at the forefront of guest satisfaction, ensuring each customer leaves with a smile. From taking orders with lightning speed to carefully expediting delicious menu items for dine-in or carryout. You will create refreshing drinks and decadent ice cream treats, all while maintaining a spotless restaurant for a top-notch dining experience. Your attention to detail in following food safety procedures and collaborating with the rest of your team will make you successful in your role.

WHAT MATTERS MOST

To thrive in this role as a Crew Member at Craft & Crew Hospitality, we would appreciate at least 1-year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service to hit the ground running, but we are always willing to train the right candidate. Your keen attention to detail and exceptional multitasking skills will shine in our fast-paced environment. A friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and outstanding communication abilities are essential to collaborate effectively with your team and provide exceptional customer service. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older due to alcohol service.
