YOUR ROLE AS A WELLS ROADSIDE HOH CREW MEMBER

As a Heart of House Crew Member at Wells Roadside, your role is crucial in ensuring that each food order is prepared promptly and meets the highest quality standards. From grilling to assembly, you'll be fully immersed in all kitchen operations, contributing to the overall success of our team. Your attention to detail will shine as you maintain cleanliness, follow food safety protocols, and coordinate with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests. With a focus on teamwork and efficiency, you'll play a vital part in creating memorable dining moments for all who visit us

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

To thrive in the role of Heart of House Crew Member at Wells Roadside, you must possess exceptional communication and leadership skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment are essential. You should be physically fit to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs during 8-10-hour shifts. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older due to alcohol service.

Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures in alignment with MDH regulations is crucial, while having a Food Safety Certification is advantageous. Your passion for culinary excellence, coupled with your willingness to learn and adapt, will set you up for success in this dynamic and thrilling kitchen environment.
