YOUR ROLE AS A WELLS ROADSIDE FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
In this position, you will be essential in ensuring guest satisfaction, making sure every customer leaves happy. Responsibilities include taking orders promptly, efficiently delivering delicious menu items for dine-in or takeout, crafting refreshing beverages, and preparing delightful ice cream treats, all while maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Your attention to detail in adhering to food safety protocols and collaborating with your team will be key to your success.
WHAT WE VALUE
To excel in this role, we prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in high-volume food and beverage service, although we are willing to train the right individual. Your strong attention to detail and exceptional multitasking abilities will thrive in our fast-paced setting. A friendly attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and outstanding customer service. All applicants must be at least 18 years old due to the nature of the service.
