Remote Customer Service Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-4:15 pm (training)Must be available for an eight hours shift between 8 am- 8 pm
- Pay Rate: $18/hr.
- Manage telephone, and electronic interactions professionally, efficiently, and with excellent communication skills
- Effectively present and discuss the products and services to external and internal customers with integrity and understanding and accuracy with every interaction
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility for each customer interaction
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be flexible to work varied shifts ranging anywhere from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. seven days a week including some holidays.
- Possess excellent listening skills/ability to analyze for resolution, and be solution oriented
- Must possess above average verbal and written communication skills, proven soft skill abilities/proficiency, a strong attention to detail, and an interest in preventing errors
