Overview Element has an opportunity for a Client Services Representative , to join our growing team. This Client Services Representative will build loyalty by developing and managing relationships with existing customers. Monitors and tracks orders daily to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Salary: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE Responsibilities Manages key accounts by generating the status report per customer, scheduling work flow processes, and communicating accurate due dates. Provides status reports to clients and updates on work in process. Coordinates return of customer’s samples and remnants as required. Works with customers and test laboratories to resolve complaints/issues. Provides information to new customers via phone and email. Resolves discrepancies on purchase orders regarding quantity, specifications, etc. Directs qualified outside leads/clients to the sales staff for quotations. Invoices complete orders. Resolves customer invoice disputes. Skills / Qualifications High school diploma required. A or BA/BS preferred. 1 year minimum experience in customer service. Aerospace or material testing background preferred. Bilingual a plus. Demonstrated success in customer service. Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written. Strong telephone skills are required. Proficient in standard office software (Excel, Windows applications and Word) and computer systems. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm when faced with deadlines and multiple priorities. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively under stressful situations.
